4 session Salaried GP Post available, Flexible start date.

We are looking for salaried GP with a flexible start date, to join a welcoming team of six partners.

We aim to provide a supportive working environment, with annual reviews, mentoring available if requested, regular social activities, and a fair and evenly distributed workload within the practice team. Salaried GPs are not required to summarise any Docman Workflow letters or new patient notes. The working template can be flexible, with a mix of routine and emergency appointments. We would also expect the GP to do home visits when required and there will be a rota’d on call day also.

The successful candidate will provide 4 clinical sessions per week. We can offer a degree of flexibility in start/finish times where needed to accommodate other commitments such as childcare etc.

- Practice list size 10,884

- 6 weeks annual leave.

- £9,750 per session with annual uplifts. MPS fees included.

- High achievement in QOF work, with excellent admin support.

- We are a forward thinking, dynamic practice and offer a range of enhanced services including joint injections, family planning, the new Care Home service; special interests are encouraged. We also offer a private cosmetic service.

- Long-established and well-regarded training practice for Specialty GP trainees as well as Cardiff and Swansea medical students.

- Nurse-led chronic disease management and minor illness clinics

- Practice takes an active role in local cluster work, with both cluster pharmacist and a chronic disease nurse currently in post.
